The Exchange - how it works.

The benefits of Blue Health programmes are numerous, whether it’s taking part in a new activity, socialising or getting closer to the natural environment on the coast. Each person who takes part will gain strength and confidence to help them with their personal goals.

The Exchange – how it works.
Crystal Blue Adventures CIC work with you to help organise staff a wellbeing/work session around one of our coastal activities. It will be an engaging and cost-effective investment for your staff and business.

We call it “The Exchange” as we use the fees and donations we receive to directly fund spaces for those in need in the local community. Allowing them to engage with nature and enjoy the coastline through our ongoing Blue Health activity programmes.
